In October 2025, I attended Conflux19 in Canberra, which gave me the opportunity to chat with Jeff Clulow about his gothic horror novel, Veil, and his collection of short stories, The Leper's Garden and Other Contagions.
We chatted about dark romance writing, horror and Jeff shared the inspiration that intrigued him to write Veil and finish it.
Jeff gave us some tips to help aspiring horror writers with their stories too.
