In late 2025, I had the chance to chat with Georgia Moore, an Australian contemporary romance author, about writing heartfelt and spicy romance novels, crafting emotionally complex characters, and balancing steam with story. We had a lot of fun.
This is one of my Weaving Words into Stories for Genre Fiction Writers podcast author interviews. Georgia was a delight to chat with. She's an accomplished contemporary romance author, who not only landed a publishing deal for her debut novel, Four Night Stand, which is a forced-proximity office romance set in Sydney, but she's also written and self-published a steamy second-chance Christmas romance called, Checking You Twice.
Georgia has been published in a number of Romance Writers of Australia anthologies and she's been a great champion for other writers chasing their writing dreams too.
